Current Projects
Sept 2011 – current: National Football Museum, Urbis, Manchester – Data audit, devise customer relationship management strategy and provide recommendations for implementation including procurement of database system in readiness for their move into Urbis in 2012.
Sept 2011 – current: Purple Seven, Warwick, arts marketing software & consultancy company – acting as consultant and trainer working with Purple Seven clients.
Oct 2011 – current: Library Theatre Company, Manchester – customer data audit, devise strategy for transfer and merge of all customer databases as part of merger with the Cornerhouse, Manchester, data cleaning, software development and resolution of data protection issues.
Recent Projects
Mar 2010 – Apr 2011: The Bluecoat (arts centre), Liverpool – Interim Marketing & Communications Director working on development of CRM strategy, audience development and tourism strategies, website re-development, team development, development of the Bluecoat loyalty scheme, communications and positioning strategies.
Jan – Apr 2011 The Bluecoat (arts centre), Liverpool - Impact Assessment Research project to measure the impact of the Bluecoat, working with consultancy DHA Communications. Work included: devising questionnaire and undertaking collection of qualitative data through stakeholder interviews; interpretation and preparation of material for final report, ‘The Bluecoat is…’.
2011 Liverpool City of Radicals – On behalf of Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium (LARC) commissioned brand: prepared brief, appointed designer, worked on guidelines for implementation; commissioned website www.cityofradicals.co.uk and worked with developers on planning and content in order to provide a marketing and promotion portal for the year of events and activities.
